Delta Squared Education provides personalized college advising for students and families navigating the high school planning and college application process.
Founded by identical twins Hayley and Miranda Young, Delta Squared Education combines extensive experience in higher education administration, admissions, academic program development, tutoring, and educational advising. As graduates of Harvard University, Duke University, and UC Irvine, we understand the college process from multiple perspectives—as educators, university administrators, former collegiate athletes, and independent educational consultants.
After beginning our careers at Duke University and UC Irvine, we operated Delta Squared Education full time from 2019 through 2025. Today, we continue to work with a select group of college advising students through a fully remote model, allowing us to support families throughout California and across the country.
Our approach is highly personalized, organized, and grounded in each student’s individual strengths, interests, and goals.
